Mi experiencia como paciente ha sido excelente llevo 5 meses los doctor lam ,mouhanna destiny medical récord x- ray Fatima, ultrasonido espectacular me ayudaron con el dolor de mi cervical y lumbar lo recomiendo 100%..dan todos los equipos necesarios, front desk buena atencion.

This office is the worst Pain Management office I’ve ever been to.First of all they have no coordination with patients or insurance companies.When I arrived this office didn’t even have my referral, I had to give it to them from my phone.Furthermore the unprofessional attitude of the staff is disgusting, people come to this clinic for pain management and to live a better life and this office doesn’t care about its patients,this office only cares about getting paid!!!!! I would NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE FOR HELP!!!! WORST OFFICE IN MIAMI!!!!!!

My husband has an infiltration appointment this Wednesday. I called their offices to see if we could move it up a day or even be there today Monday because my husband is practically bedridden of the pain he is. Ends up being that today, Monday, they tell me they have not gotten the approval back from his insurance. Long story short, I called our insurance and they have not even received a request from them!!! His appointment is Wednesday and today Monday they do not have this all set. It is a lack of consideration and professionalism on their behalf.

Muy satisfecha con la atencion recibida. Tanto el personal de la recepcion, el asistente de la Doctora . La Doctora que me atendi, KATRYN NELSON, muy amable y escucho todos los detalles que expuse motivo por el cual acudi a ese centro, me hablo muy claro y me hizo sentir confianza en ella. LO UNICO MALO ES QUE LA CITA ERA A LAS 2PM Y ME ATENDIERON A LAS 3:15 PM, pero valio la pena la espera. En muchas partes te hacen esperar eso y mas y sales decepcionada de la atencion recibida.

I had an appointment yesterday 10/04/2021 at 12:00 PM. I was reported at the Dr. office at 11:50 am and was waiting for my turn but other patients were called. At 01:05 pm (1 hr and 5 min after my appointment time) I went to check the patient’s register list and was 2 patients with appointment at 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm was called before me. I asked to the clerk and she told me there are another patient then will be another hour to wait till going to attend me. This is unacceptable. The most precious thing that human beings have is time and Dr Mouhanna's employees have made me waste it.

I just want to come on here and let everyone know how caring and amazing DR Mychak is. he took his time to explain everything to me he also shows how much he cares for his patients. I came with major pain and he gave me some shots and got me better! I feel so happy that I finally found such a great doctor! Thank you! Dr mychak!!!

My husband and I have been coming to see Dr. Mouhanna for many years as well as his Associates. I have severe scoliosis and arthritis of the lumbar spine as well as stenosis. Through the years they have alleviated so much of my pain with injections and other procedures. Recently, I learned that my stenosis had gotten much worse which was causing numbness in my left leg and excruciating pain. Dr. Shrawan Gupta, alongside Dr. Mouhanna, performed a relatively new procedure on me called MILD. All that excruciating pain is gone!!! It was a very easy procedure, which I highly recommend to anyone with bad stenosis. They have changed my life. They are indeed miracle workers. You cannot go wrong with these amazing doctors. Just do it. You'll be happy you did.

The answer to our prayers from the moment we walked in. It’s been a few Months now, and my Pain level is so much better now. My Husband and I were wasting time with other pain Management Doctors. Thank God for us finding this Office, and great team of Doctors.
