Both doctors are amazing, top specialists around. I went twice to their office, I saw Dr Fleites the first time and Dr Garcia Godoy the second time and now I have been scheduled for surgery. Both are very knowledgeable and patient. The staff is very dedicated and compassionate and explain everything with detail. All are super friendly and try to resolve any issue right away and always with a smile. The girls in the front, Mailanis and Cindy are wonderful, and the nurse is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend 100%.

El lugar aceptable , las enfermeras muy amables, pero a la hora de hacer el pago hay q hacerlo por teléfono y la persona q me atendió por dos ocasiones en diferente mes fue muy muy grocera, (a pesar q dice llevar con el doctor unos 10 años)Pedí me pusieran con otra persona para poder hacer el pago llamada Melani y luego de defender a la anterior persona , cuando me dijo q el próximo mes llamará para hacer el pago le dije q sí q no tenía otra opción, ( ya q no tienen otra forma de hacerlo) me dijo NI YO TAMPOCO y me colgó el teléfono, esta queja la voy a poner en todos los lugares posibles ; pues es un lugar donde vamos las personas por salud no por lujos por lo tanto debemos ser tratados con respeto

I needed surgery for a hernia and was concerned about scarring, I asked Dr Fleites where he would cut. He told me he would do laparoscopic surgery on the left side below the waistline, so I scheduled the surgery with him. On the day of the surgery without informing me he changed the location of the incisions and left me with 3 sloppy cuts filled with glue in the middle of the abdomen above the waistline. The incisions were not aligned, and the glue used to seal them were in the wounds.

Dr. Juan Carlos Fleitas, a wonderful surgeon, how unfortunate that he no longer provides services at Mercy Hospital as I was told today by Manuela. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Surgeon, saved my life. The office staff are very compassionate and efficient. Appointments are given the same week, but sometimes there is a wait at the office. very good experience.
