I had spider vein injections and was aggressively injected by Dr Pereda causing veins to explode and many of the injections were done outside the veins. This caused several large ulcers, infections and necrotic tissue. The doctor and his staff did not seem concerned or competent enough to repair the damage. After six weeks of three visits a week I had to seek, on my own, a Wound Care Specialist who performed surgery, several skin grafts and many months of medications to aid in my recovery. As best he could. One and a half year after the damage, I still experience issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and this may be my permanent struggle. I would never recommend Dr Pereda or his staff

After six weeks of three visits a week for treatment I had to seek, on my own, a Wound Care Specialist who performed surgery, multiple skin grafts and many months of medication to aid in my recovery, to the best of this new doctors ability. Well over one year and I am still experiencing issues related to the damage from Dr Pereda. I would not recommend Dr Pereda or his staff.

I personally had a terrible experience. I went to inject a superficial vein on my lower leg and ended up with a DVT. I was told that the injection was pretty safe since it only has a 1% chance of a blood clot. Not only that I was not scheduled for a follow-up until a month after the surgery, making matters worse. My advise is do your homework before this or any other procedure.

Staff is very friendly, office is nice and patient rooms are comfortable. Dr.Pereda has excellent bedside manners and explains in detail health issues as well as procedures.
