I saw Dr Juana a few days ago. The experience was amazing , staring with the front desk reception to the other staff Doctor's assistant, all of them were super friendly and Dct Juana is very nice person explaining everything about my doubts. I recommend 500 %

The worst doctor I've ever dealt with. She made me wait 20 minutes after the nurse finished seeing me. She didn't listen to any of my concerns and just ordered me to do a bunch of unnecessary labs that I didn't need. She is not a good gyno go somewhere else even if it means paying out of pocket!!!!!

After a kind nurse checked in with me and took my basic information, it took around half an hour for Dr. Montero to show up. She seemed cold, uninterested, and judgmental. She misunderstood and judged me when I answered her questions about my personal history and she was pushy towards only one method for birth control and did not want to hear from me. I felt uncomfortable during the entire appointment and will never go back to her again.

Dr. Montero was lovely. The appointment went smoothly and she took her time to explain all options thoroughly. However, the same cannot be said about her staff/follow-up. My appointment was in March of 2017, I ordered an IUD and was told it could take "up to 2 months" and prescribed back up contraceptives for that period. It is now July of 2017 (4 months later) and still nothing. I've called the office several times only to be given excuses and promises of return phone calls that never come.
