I had no idea how good she was until I went to another doctor because I needed an appointment this month and she was already booked. Dr. Montero Had been my doctor for years. She has a way to make feel at easy. Very friendly and professional. I had a horrible experience with the other Gynecologist.

It’s impossible for the doctor to keep appointments. In 6 months they have cancelled me twice. The second time the office manager just said that I pretty much just had to put up with it and reachesule, after I drove across town for an appointment.

One of the most unprofessional medical offices ever!! A family member had an appointment - was the only person in the waiting area - and the doctor decides to go have lunch. There was no one else there. She could have seen this family member and then gone to lunch. There will be a complaint filed with Florida Blue regarding this
