I FOUND DR. RODRIGUEZ TO BE ARROGANT,ANTAGONISTIC, INCAPABLE OF PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT THE PATIENT HAD TO SAY. DISCARDING THE PATIENT SUBJECTIVE SYMPTOMS FOR HIS OWN OPINION, THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PATIENT REASONS FOR THE VISIT. EVEN ADMONISHING THE PATIENT FOR NOT SEEING A PULMONOLOGIST SOONER. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF RECENT MEDICAL ADVANCES MADE IN THE FIELD. DISMISSIVE, INCAPABLE OF BEDSIDE MANNERS EXPECTED FROM ANY PERSON IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION.

The doctor was fine, but his staff is horrible. When calling the office, it's very difficult to reach a human. His assistant is rude. The prescribed some C Pap supplies, but 5 days later, the supply company had not received the prescription. They are so mechanized, the human touch is missing.
