La peor experiencia que pude vivir en toda Mi vida fue que mi hija haya sido tratada por esta Doctora. No la recomiendo. Ojalá nunca los padres se encuentren con ella en sala de emergencias.

This physician did not even introduce herself as she walked into the room, just looked/grabbed my baby, and said "it is nothing". She had a bad attitude as if seeing my baby was a bother to her. She just walked out of the room as said "wait here" with no further instructions or information. At first I tried to be empathetic thinking maybe she was just having a bad day or had a critical patient prior to seeing my baby. However, that is part of medicine. Regardless of what may be going on one should always treat each patient in a good and caring manner no matter what. That is not what my baby received. Even if his symptoms were less urgent than other children maybe, she should not have treated us like burden. As new parents my husband and I were worried and she did not calm our ease. I took my baby to Nicklaus Hospital singing their praises because it has always been known to have great care. After our encounter with Dr. Oliveira my thoughts have definitely changed about the hospital.

Extremely rude picked up my ten month old daughter like garbage..spoke to me in a very rude way...told me to put my daughter on the bed so she can examine her and she kept looking at me from head to toe made me feel extremely uncomfortable and didnt intearct much with me didnt explain anything to me...i had to give her a star to submit but i wouldnt had given her any
