I am very sad that I as a patient called for a refill of a medication that I am taking for my blood pressure since last Thursday and today is Tuesday and I did have the medication yet. Front desk did not tell me you have to come or pay for this medicine, nothing at all. I believed the doctor is excellent but his administrative process is really bad. Very disappointed.

I should have never trusted this Doctor. Won't follow up on important matters. Careless, sloppy as well as staff.

Julio's office is a combination cleaning service and medical office. This guy is not a very educated or reputable doctor. The staff there barely speak English and many of them are not licensed.
