My mom had an appointment with the physician. Dr. Lora was impatient and rude. He told us that he did not have time to answer questions or any complaints. The medical assistant was no where to be found when we needed a simple copy of today's note. The physician was rough with his communication and did not explain anything to us. When we asked the physician questions, he told us that he cannot answer questions at this time because he needed to concentrate on his typing and notes. He was very unprofessional. It was our first visit and our last visit.

I would never recommend to anyone. He is the most unprofessional thing I have met. He refused to explain what medications were for, said he did not have the time to do so, yet minutes prior him telling me this, he was with a patient & had the door open which I was able to hear his entire conversation for over 30-minutes of bad mouthing a political party. I do would never trust anyone like this thing and would never ever recommend anyone to see him. Oh and his facility was old/hot/dirty.

SirI was looking for a doctor to help with my problum, but when I called your staff was so unkind that I had to pass you up on my list.Its realy bad to see a doctor that has two people that has no courtesy or professionalism on his staff.
