Being treated at a private practice for years, we expected that we would be sacrificing a more personalized experience for the convenience of a larger staff and a state of the art facility but we were wrong. Not only was Dr. Ross and her staff capable of exceeding our expectations of making us feel like just a number, the lack of communication was very disappointing. They don’t follow up, if they do it takes 2 weeks to get back the simplest results. Last year I had to call, this year I figured out how to see them online. Dr Ross, though very nice, is not thorough and neither is her staff. Amira, her Medical Assistant (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was the only person who seems to show up to work.) I’m still waiting for an email from Amy, I never received a follow up about my copay. Just not what we expected from an organization with clinics, urgent care and ER’s popping up everywhere.They have all this real estate but can’t do basic labs onsite. Extremely disappointed.

iam a new patient with DR. ROSS MY DR. THAT I HAD FOR 25 yrs.RETIRED ..DR. MONSERRATTE BUIA AND WAS NOT FOR HER CHOICE. SO TODAY WAS MY 1ST APPT. WITH DR. ROSS AND SHE WAS TERRIFIC.. SHE ADHERED TO ALL MY NEEDS VERY PROFFESSIONAL THANK YOU DR. ROSS

Dr. Ross listened and address all my concerns. I left her office confident that I was getting the best help for the health issues I was worried about. Her office followed up to know if I had made any progress a few weeks before my next appointment.
