I love Dr. Cavuoto! She's one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen, and she clearly knows her stuff. I visited her due to concerns of ocular complications from a genetic illness I have, and she was incredibly informed and put me at ease.

Beware "surprise billing". We went for an office visit and paid our regular copay, and months later received a surprise bill for some "tests" that we didn't even know what they were, and were not aware would be billed in addition to the office visit.

I have a dislocated Lens that’s frosted over and floating in my eye. She told me vision was great. This lady didn’t listen to anything I said. When I took the eye test I have to turn my neck sideways to see so the Lens moves out of the way. While my head is normal it bounces from side to side giving me a headache and I see flashes. She was 0 help. How is she working at Bascom Palmer or is to diversify the field?

Doesn’t listen or seem to care. Had to get a second opinion to get my lens removed. I don’t think she was qualified to make the call. Complete waste of time and money
