I have heard others say this but I'll say it again; she was hurried, careless, and lacked the social skills of any typical family practitioner. She asked if I had "any other concerns" and before I could finish my "well yes.." she was showing herself the door. Also, the complaints about the incredibly rude and inattentive staff, are totally accurate. With that said- I had a wonderful young nurse who was kind and listened to me. That's the only reason I'm giving a 2 and not a 1.

She's an amazing practitioner!!! Extremely knowledgeable... she's accommodating, understanding of specific circumstances. It's just simply impossible to find someone of her caliber!

My doctor is THE best doctor and she has the friendliest staff. I have been going to Dr. Raben for years and I cherish and respect her opinion on my health and treatment. When I go to her office, her staff are pleasant, professional and helpful. They make me feel ‘at home’ in their care.

Doctor Raben is a wise and straight to the point doctor. She won't sugar coat it but she will make sure you get better from anything you have going on. She is a very talented, attentive, smart and caring doctor. Her team is very well trained, quick to respond and accomodating. Her nurses do a great job and they are very warm and lovely people. So far she has been the best doctor I have ever seen in the past 10 years.

After expressing an interest in wanting to pursue eating disorder recovery treatment she immediately presumed that I had an issue with binging as I am overweight and proceeded to discuss weight loss goals and a restrictive diet plan for me. My eating disorder is mainly restriction and not allowing myself to eat. When I tried to relay this to her she said “well you eat, because you are fat, so don’t say you don’t eat”. she continued to talk over me and discuss restrictive methods of weight loss which I was not there for. My appointment was for prescription refills and on the off chance she knew of a center that could assist me in my recovery I mentioned it to her and this was her response. It was an extremely damaging appointment and if I were not in a place in my recovery where I could recognize this as inappropriate behavior it could have severely set me back in my ED recovery.

Truly shocked that bc I haven’t seen her in a few years I was turned away when I was sick bc she was not seeing “sick” patients. What is your point as a physician. Staff was deplorable and zero care for my ailments were shown.

Worst experience ever over the phone! Just called to book an appointment for my son and get kicked out as the doctor is not seeing teens. Well... in that case, don't put "Family practitioner" on Google so we do not loose our time.
