Katelin Snow's Online Review Report Card

She is a great listener and cares about her patients. My father and mother and cousins have been seeing her for years. It is not easy to get her appointment or any one since there are such a demand. But she is one of the best I find for primary doctor. We are sorry to see her leaving the UM 5555 location. and wish her the best with her baby and future life.

This is the worst doctor in the world. A friend and attending physician who works at UM recommended Dr. Snow as a primary care physician. I made five different appointments with her over a 2 year period. She cancelled every single one, some with 2 months notice (but rescheduling took 4-5 months) some with a few days notice. If I'd had a major medical issue or serious undetected condition, I could have died before she deigned to see me. After I complained to my friend about Dr Snow's frequent cancellations she apologized and said she wasn't surprised. I surmised that Dr. Snow had developed a reputation for cancelations. At that point, though, I had an appointment for the next month (made 6 months earlier). With the influx of people to Miami, it is difficult to get a timely appt with a new doctor. Consequently, I decided to keep it to see if this woman was really that good. What a mistake! After waiting 6 MONTHS for an appointment I got a letter from UM saying Dr. Snows Clinic had been closed until further notice. Perhaps UM got frustrated with complaints about her inconsistent appearances at the clinic, perhaps she got a higher paying job where she will actually go to work, maybe her license is being reviewed. Whatever the case, a doctor that pays this little attention to her patients is not a doctor that people with medical issues should depend upon.
