Dr. Kathryn Flavin is the absolute best!!! She is highly skilled in her craft and she has an excellent manner of dealing with her patients. She tirelessly explained every step of every procedure and answered all my questions, of which there were many. She even answered more questions later sent to her on the Patient Portal. By the time I went for the MILD Procedure, I was relaxed and totally confident in both the procedure and Dr. Flavin. It has turned out very well for me. I highly recommend both Dr. Kathryn Flavin and the entire RESTORE MEDICAL PRACTICE team.

Dr. Flavin was excellent. She listened to my problems and the pain I was experiencing. She also took necessary test to confirm her diagnosis. Very pleasant experience. Staff were friendly yet professional. The doctor spent significant time with me, answered all of my questions and devised a health plan to help me deal with my health issue. I highly recommend the doctor.

Dr Flavin was very thorough in reviewing the MRI of my lumbar region showing me all angles and showing why I was experiencing the sciatic pain. Then she explained the treatment that she felt would assist in relieving it and what it would involve. I didn’t feel rushed in any way and didn’t feel like just a number
