Totally amazing staff. The attention to your needs and has all under one roof. The time spent at the office is so efficient and slim line. They saved my life by running all these test to really see what is going on. From A to Z the attention and patient needs come first. I’ve referred several patients and all have had great success. The also have nutritional and hormonal therapy as well as every specialist under one roof. They call you to remind you and schedule your next visit. The are open until 8 pm weekdays and until noon on Saturday. What I’m must impress is that WALKUPS are welcome and no one is ever turn away. As for a self paid patient the rates are very reasonable cheap. I trust my family with premium healthcare.

Worse location for healthcare services. Specifically the Pediatric location in 72st and 107 Ave near Bjs. Super incompetent staff, they made my wife wait more than 2 hours and couldn’t even put the vaccine on my daughter. Find any other place in Miami for your medical care needs.

If I could give a zero, I would. I'm not referring specifically to the doctors, I'm referring to the building office management. This is the most poorly run medical operation I have ever seen. If you ever have to call the office, make sure to block at least one hour from your day to get to anyone.. no one ever answers the phone IN ANY CATEGORY. try your luck, I dare you. the pharmacy is the only working part of this office.

OMG. Going on 2 hours waiting to do X-rays. 2 hours. They typically run about 45 minutes to 1 hour late, but this is just too much.

People worry about how we feel. Always when call they make an extra effort to solve with the pharmacy, another doctor or insurance. They prescribe test and referrals in case we need a different test not do eat this office.

The vast majority staff here do not care for the well being of patients. I have called for a prescription refill have not been able to access anyone. Finally spoke to Edward on Saturday who stated it would be called into CVS. I verified the information again on Monday with Stephanie. Both stated it was called into CVS, can I say that it was not until I called today Tuesday and spoke to Leslie and stated that at this point in time I would send an email to Dr. Hoover, would I receive a text from CVS that my medication was just submitted. Unbelievable no respect for people's time,

What happened to this place when they were on coral way in a smaller location. They were excellent Kayla Hoover herself would see you now. In the new location you always wait 2 hours if not more just to get a c pack and nose spray it's crazy. Last time I was here 3 hours I don't know if it's the wrong office manager but everybody's running around and I have no clue what they're doing once inside it's pretty quick but getting inside that's a whole different story

this is the most unprofessional medical office i have ever visited. the place is huge and clean so you think oh great. but they SUCK. you can never get ANYONE on the phone to help you. they have these fancy call answer centers with a gazillion options for departments and the NEVER answer you. i have been trying to get a referral for over 2 months for a Mass on my thyroid and nothing. its not a cold or a headache, its a mass and noone there seems to give a C***. also when you go for an appointment you never really see a "DR" you see registered nurses. so you give this loooong explanation to whats going on, they run test and when you back for the folllow up you get another nurse and have to explain everything allllll over again and again and again. the place is convinient for a quick check up but if you want a good medical opinion, DONT GO HERE. and dont try calling or leaving messages, they NEVER call back. they have a gazillion and 1 people there working and NOONE helps you! i'll stick to a smaller more private doctor. this place is awful!

I’ve been going to dr Hoover for almost a year and I love this medical establishment. It’s the best. They listen to everything and will refer you to get stuff done. Other doctors are not as quick to do this. Yes the wait time at the main location is lengthy but I’d rather deal w that then not get my medical needs met.
