"Staff need more training" was a waste of time, gas and half a day of work. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was asked for my personal and insurance information. After a few minutes on the phone they confirmed the appointment, but SURPRISE, on the day of the appointment in the waiting room the receptionist told me that they do not accept my insurance and with a smile on her face she told me that I could pay 100% of my pocket the visit. This was my experience.

Dr Rosen doesn’t care about money whatsoever, dr Rosen take good care of the patient, I do feel more than happy with his care

Estoy fuera de la consulta en mi 3ra visita a esta oficina ya que me han atendido ya anteriormente hoy me dicen que necesitan un referido que es una nueva política, referido que siempre deben solicitar desde la 1ra consulta y nunca me fue solicitado. Algo que se le debe solicitar al pacientes de hacerlo venir a sus oficinas una una falta de ética y profesionalismo. Además de verme con mi bebé de 10 meses y hacerme esperar 30 minutos para darse cuenta que no hay un referido, y decirme que no hay nada que puedan hacer. Pues acaban de perder un paciente es una pena ya que la Dra. Alessandra es maravillosa pero es inaceptable que esta sea la atención a sus clientes sin tener un poco de consideración hacia el ser humano y el sacrificio que muchos hacemos para ir a una consulta dejando de trabajar viajando con un bebé, etc. Muy mala atención ni siquiera el/la manager se tomó un minuto de su tiempo para venir a hablar conmigo personalmente. Muy decepcionante el servicio al cliente.

Great Dr! Gets right to the point and doesn't try and sell you all the BS creams and ointments that all the other Dermatologist do in town. He is a throw back Dr who cares more about his patients than enriching himself!

Son muy superficiales tanto en diagnósticos como en los pésimos tratamientos q realizan. En los cobros y copagos son negligentes y te emiten los billed repetidos reiterativamente e irresponsables, son estafadores, casi todos se quejan en las consultas.

I work in healthcare and this office is by far the most pleasant and most efficiently run Office around. Dr. Alexandra is amazing and the staff is so pleasant and always available to help. The appointments are on time and very fast and overall just an amazing experience. I totally recommend this dermatologist

I have been seeing Alexandra Fernandez-Sastre P.A. for a few years now and I love her. She is very informative and makes sure you understand what’s happening to your skin and how to address it. She’s very friendly and genuinely cares about her patients. I found her though my insurance and I’m so glad I did. The office is very busy and sometimes the front desk people come off as unfriendly, but they’re just busy. I like that they sell some skincare products there and that the use a pharmacy that delivers directly to give home. I 10/10 recommend this office and Alexandra!

Dr. Alexandra, excelente

Im writing this review on behalf of my mother who is a new patient and newly on Medicare (shes 66). She has a history of skin issues and always has to get things removed or frozen so she is already more vulnerable than others. She went for a full body scan and as Ive read in other negative reviews, the doctor did NOT perform a full body scan and was too quick to dismiss her. After she told them she goes for a scan every 6 months, they ignored that and booked her for next year instead. One month later she went to her old dermatologist and paid out of pocket to get a PROPER body scan and they burned 8 spots and did a biopsy. She feels she was not treated with the proper standard of care at this office bc she is now on Medicare, but regardless of the reason she will not be returning. The doctor name was Dr. Alexandra Rigueros. VERY disappointing and will never go back.
