Justamente estoy en el área de emergencia pediatría, llegue la noche de ayer a las 11 pm con mi niña de 9 meses con vomito, se isieron las 2 am de hoy y yo todavía en recepción esperando y nada y miraban el estado de la niña, en ese momento pedí un medico y me dijeron que en 15 min llegaba, paso media hora y nada casi a una hora más tarde me pasaron aún cuarto en el cual estoy, yo desesperada al ver a mi hija así, les hablaba a las enfermeras y todas me ignoraban, se isieron las locas y no me hacían caso, igual paso la doctora que esta en emergencia también se iso la loca y me dejó hablando sola, solo me dijo no hablo español y se fue, hasta que por fin vino una enfermera, muy bonito los modos y ella me escucho, nose si se fue a decirles todo lo que le dije por que resulta q en este momento vino atenderme la niña la misma doctora que me dejó hablando sola, se imaginan desde las 11pm de ayer hasta ahora 4 am me están atendiendo y lo peor que lo ignoran a uno y solo me llevaron que en 15 minutos que en media hora y pasaban hasta dos y más horas, que lastima que la mayoría estudien medicina por el dinero que ganan nada más y no por que realmente tengan vocación, por esa razón no ejercen bien su profesión... Mis respetos para los que desempeñan bien este papel..

La sra Katerin Gómez en la recepción es muy desagradable y grosera con las familias q vienen a visitar un pariente enfermo, me siento muy discriminada y maltratada por esta persona, ya han sido en dos ocasiones, no deberían de tener personal inexpertos,

I had surgery to remove my ovarian cyst and right side ovary. It was my first surgery in my life. I had many concerns because I don't speak very well English as I am Japanese, and lots of medical systems and processes are different than my country, and also my husband is recovering from his major back surgery so I don't have anyone who couldassist me. But Dr Schlumbrecht made me and my husband feel everything gonna be all fine. And his stuffs at office are amazing especially Tania who is coordinating all my surgery process was extraordinary. She is very caring and she got my back, and she made me feel very safe. And the day of surgery August 15th that was yesterday. I was little nervous. But the nurse Mr Lunel Milien took all my worries away. What he does is not just "care", he does care from his true heart. I don't need ask anything because he does before I ask. I didn't need ask nurse call button because he's already prepared for everything I needed. He knows what I need and his hospitality was beyond service. When I was recovering from anesthesia, I was worrying if I could walk by myself or if I could have someone who can assist me to go down because my husband can't walk or physically assist me. He prepared wheelchair and with very gentle caring assistant lady for me. I wish all the nurses, I mean all the people in this world was like him. Can't thanks enough to him took such great care of me from the begging to all way till the end. And all Dr Schlumbrecht surgery teams are AWESOME!! WOW!! I had no time for being nervous. They stayed with me most of time, and they kept me smile and kept my heart warm. I felt like my surgery day came with Christmas and Thanksgiving all holiday together.I forgot to take my glasses off when they are moving me to surgery room, I asked one of team(sorry I couldn't see who without glasses), and I realized when I leave hospital after surgery that she put my glasses in my glasses case very nice and caring. Not enough space that I would love to write about how everyone cares for all details. They all made me feel like I am surrounded by my family who really care about me all the way to go on anesthesia. I was so happy to hear their voice when I woke up, and I knew I'm gonna be all better. It has been not easy life for me and my husband this few years because of my husband is mostly in bed because of his back. But that day, they even made me feel that everything gonna be alright. That was truly the moment that I saw great leader who gathers great team. My apologies I am not fluent in English. I can't find any words to express gratitude from me and my husband. Thank you so so much. We love you all.

I was told by staff including medical staff family member’s surgery would be 3 hours long. I understand that complication arise. But after 6 hours no one has even had the decency to updated me on how he’s doing, why the surgery is taking so long. Communication is key, especially when it’s a family member. Has to get security to call and ask about status.

They have a good number of reputed physicians &surgeons. Well equipped & god care provider to the Patients.

This is a very bad hospital if you have a medical emergency I would recommend this place woke up with chest pain this morning I came over here the movie with blue eyes that want to be a girl was very disrespectful I'm not coming at all of my I wouldn't recommend anybody to go here if you have emergency call medical emergency
