Well beyond great service and exactly what I was looking for!

Thank you for all your support with my health. Thanks to the entire team, the receptionists, the doctors and medical assistants, the referral department for their support with each of specialists. Thank you Fox Medical center!

I usually don’t like going to the doctor or hospitals but Dr Christian Atkins and the entire office staff make me feel like a queen every time is that time to visit my primary doctor. I truly recommend Fox medical center. Thanks to the team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Fox for about 2 yrs now and not once have I been seen by Dr. Fox. It’s always a nurse. And when they finally call you into a room a nurse speaks with you gets all your questions and concerns types into a laptop then before you know it another one walks in and your have to explain everything all over again. So my question is what was the sense of the first one typing anything into the laptop. When they refer you to a specialist they never give your the correct referral and then your waiting at the specialist office and they never fax it. I’m done with this place. It’s like a meat factory. No concerns for their patients well being, they only want to to go in so they can bill your insurance company. Maybe Dr. Fox needs to start looking into his office procedures. That place is a joke. Good luck to whoever decides to go there.

Great doctor & they actually have time to chat with you.

I was attending this medical center for a physical and had a great experience. I truly don't know why the reviews say otherwise but If this medical center was ever bad let me tell you it has changed. Great service that give clear Guidance to people. The staff ( Nurses, doctor, student physicians, and more) truly want to help you and they have a passion for the the medical field. The doctor that attended me was great and i had other family members who went and also had a great experience. They can speak english and spanish. I truly left satisfied and will be happy to return in future appointments. Any complaint I had was addressed and they patiently explained the problem and how it can be fixed. The quality of care is simply amazing and they work very well as a team.

This place is a scam, you make an appointment to see Dr. Fox, they confirmed and you end up seeing a nurse Practitioner. En un engano to catch patients

Absolutely horrible service from the office staff and the medical care provided was minimal and rushed. My insurance was charged for a physical and they never performed any physical evaluation of me. That is called insurance fraud!! If you need to make an appointment there you will find yourself having to see a nurse practitioner not a doctor because unfortunately there is only one doctor in that office who by the way is also a police officer so he is not there all the time. Don’t waste your time or put your health at risk by going to Fox medical centers.

Super slow service, I wait for a test more than a hour. More than 3 secretaries and none of them were capable of help or give the right directions. Definitely they need better service and personal guiding patients.

Staff is great. No complaints. Ask for Kristy, she is the gem of the office. She’s always in a good mood and has helped me in all my visits. I feel very comfortable with her. She’s helped me with appointments, medications, referrals, even COVID tests!
