Very professional!!!! Positive, careful and attentive environment. Excellent service, the best cardiovascular office !!!!

My experience at this Dr Office was highly disappointing. They consistently failed to answer phone calls, leaving me frustrated and unable to reach them. On top of that, the tests they performed, which were supposed to be covered by insurance, ended up costing me $600 out of pocket. When I visited the office in person, seeking help due to their unresponsiveness, the staff showed no interest in assisting me. I strongly advise seeking medical care elsewhere, as this office lacks professionalism, communication, and empathy towards patients' concerns.

Dr. Coy and his team are a knowledgeable and compassionate group of people who provide me with exceptional cardiology care and peace of mind.

Dr. Kevin Coy I don't know, who's your receptionist, he or she refuses, to answer. The phone to a black person, that how i was made to like on yesterday, and this morning. I've called your office all morning, to the point where, i had to call. The adventure office, so that i could reach your office, As soon as i said hello, i was hung up on no once, but 3 times, of my voice being heard. The receptionist took upon, herself to hung up on me. She answered the phone.Then I spoke and immediately was hung up, on. Then I left a message in regards to making an appointment. Someone call me back, my phone again, as I say hello, I'm hung up on yet again. Someone from the staff, tried to reach you, Dr. Coy, but unfortunately weren't able to reach you, if this what this office does, i never want an appointment here, nor do, i wanna visit, this office at all. Being safe is what i need, not to worried, if I'm welcome here, or do i belong here. Whomever your receptionist is she needs to be checked immediately. My life is worthy to my family and I, The person answering the phone doesn't allow you, speak. Once you say hello and your, voice is recognized she hangs up on you, yesterday I called and waited 25 minutes to get service. Which no one answered the phone. This morning I was hung up on 3 times, trying to make an appointment. Dr. Coy this has nothing to do with your service, because your reviews speak volumes. The staff for your service is horrible service, i spoke with someone in regards to, this situation. It was specifully said, to me that, this has to stop as if, its been done to someone else, if this what your receptionist is doing to people, not allowing. Them to get service here. Then shame on them, cause its, not right, now your office is closer, to my home. The fact that, im not able to make, an appointment here. Made have no other choice, but to go out my way, to get service from another. Doctor at adventure doctor office. Which is miles away from my home. This is so ridicous, people still treat, others in such a horrible manner. Only GOD can judge. No thanks to any service here, cause anywhere, i go especially, a doctors visit, i want to feel comforterable, like all. The others in, these reviews, i've read about this office here.
