I could not find my reading glasses. I asked the employee at the front desk for help, but she was reluctant to help—a slim, young Hispanic female was sitting at the desk at about 5:15 p.m.

Love Dr Coy, he is an excellent Cardiologist. But is horrible trying to make an appointment, no one ever answer and if you leave a voicemail no one returns your call. Supposed to have a procedure next week but when finally someone answer the phone , I ask what would be my deductible to see if I'm able to pay after whatever my insurance covers, but I was told to wait for the person to return my call. Still waiting. So sad to see this happening how employees hurt an office and Dr. He is great, best cardiologist I have met

Dr. Coy and his team genuinely care about your business. Everyone is shows devotion to their work by being kind, respectful and efficient. Dr. Coy even accommodated my wishes by playing a little music while I was on the treadmill. ☺️ Thank you for your service.
