Worst attention ever and lack of professionalism and empathy from staff. I had a follow up appointment very early in the morning and when I arrived they told me I had to bring the CD rom with the results of my MRI for the doctor to see me. No one told me I had to buy the CD with the results!!, so this doctor, who had already received the results directly from the lab via email, refuse to see me unless I brought the CD room. What is wrong with this people!. They are insensitive and careless. Secretary and staff never answer the phone, never responds messages and they don’t care!

Dr.McCracken's is a great doctor. The front staff is not so great. I did not receive a call in timely matter a referral which made me have to reschedule my appointment they called me hour before closing to tell me my appointment was rescheduled. They played interference and did not relay urgent messages to the Doctor. I will not blame Dr.McCraken but blame the front office is horrible no one answers the phone and I been trying to reschedule my appointment for days now. The entire front desk staff needs to be fired they never know what’s going on with appointments they had me in the office yet again for 3 hours because they didn’t understand how to read a referral it’s getting ridiculous I’m thinking of finding a new office.
