Dr. Paultre and his staff were great. I think I could have spoken to them about Shamans and they would not have laughed. Dr. Paultre answered some of my, leaching into other areas, questions and was upfront about what he did not know. Now since I have the floor onto my suggestions as a whole. Most of my frustration comes from the structure of signing in and maybe in the area of communication. I find the physicians great technicians but feel that sometimes that there are silos of information or maybe my expectations are not really in alignment with the realities of the practice of medicine these days. It feels as though silos in practice exist as well as best practices for holistic treatment of the patient. Checking in is a nightmare. I follow your recommended protocols-sign in here and complete the screening, which then says that I can just go to the registration desk. This never happens and I am stopped and sometimes in earnest even when I show them the results of the app. Real time information would help the process with parking and location for visits. Last time I was there I found someone lost in the process of finding the right elevator and heard others ask about which wing. It would be nice to have not just the location added to your reminders but also the location. My last suggestion has to do with using the results of wearable technology to help with the process as some physical events are intermittent-like A-Fib. If data is being aggregated in large studies for say A-Fib why don't doctors care about the data? Seems like a horrendous disconnect. Oh, and where is the data for each of the specialties? Surely, you see enough patient to recognize best practices and outcomes in each field, yet there is a paucity. I am an old lady who fell and not just physically, but figuratively as I struggle to get back to pre-morbid status. Drives me nuts. Can't the doctors use the clinical librarians to pull research? They have SEER data but more people die from cardiac issues and not sure where mistakes land but believe it is third on the list for causal outcomes. Lastly, maybe part of the scribe's job should be a review and identification of relevant data for the physician like a nurse's report. I know with COVID that the medical field has taken a hit, but maybe the medical field should be pushing back against insurance and personnel issues.

This has to be the best medical facility anyone can attend. From the friendliness of the staff who assist with check-in, to the medical assistants and finally, the doctor; it was a breeze and a pleasure getting treated. Valet is very affordable and parking is free with validation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to me. Went above and beyond. He was quick to find and give me recommendations for my injury and had great bedside manners with a twist of friendliness. Highly recommended!
