My Dr Francisco Rosas is awesome, very knowledgeable, caring and professional --absolutely 5 stars. But the staff at the front desk can be quite rude and very unprofessional, depending on the shift. The doctor's assistant or male nurse (the person taking your vitals) wasn't good at all either, but at least not rude. So I have to knock off at least 1 star because of those working around the doctor. I would definitely recommend my doctor to anyone, but I do NOT think I would recommend the center itself (Las Madrinas on 49th St). I can totally understand the current rating of 1.9 stars (31 reviews) for this medical center. Use with caution

Muy mal servicio de Front Desk, ninguna de las 2personas que trabajan hay saben nada, si vas a buscar un referido o algún resultado de algún análisis, nunca aparece en el sistema y nunca aparecen los papeles o te dan lo que no estás pidiendo es una clínica que no se la recomendó a nadie.

This place is horrible , the staff and the Dr don’t know what they’re doing , every time I go they ask me why I’m I there for , aren’t you the professionals ? How come you don’t know why I’m here for ? Last time I went they didn’t even have my ultrasound results and the appointment was to give me the results, last thing they did to me right now was they had to send me an order to go to quest and do two allergy tests I got to quest and the lady tells me that what they had written doesn’t even exist and not only that , she showed me that it didn’t even exist plus she gave me the real codes printed out so I can take it to them for them to make the right order and then go back to quest to get tested . I wasted my time and money of going to work. It is very unprofessional the way they treat patients at these facility . Do not go to this place ever !

Citan para una colonoscopia con el mismo Dr a muchos pacientes, haciendo esto peligroso para contagio del covid por aglomeración de pacientes y acompañantes al mismo tiempo.No respetan el horario de cita; sino que atienden de acuerdo al orden de llegada de los amigos de ellos.

El servicio es pésimo la farmacia nunca contestan el teléfono, el médico me ordenó unos medicamentos a las 3 pm y al otro día todavía no estaban disponibles, yo llame cuando el médico terminó la consulta porque me había dado el covid 19 positivo y el dr me dijo que tenía que tomar las medicamentos lo antes posible he llamado múltiples veces y la respuesta es que me la dejan en la casa . HORRIBLE QUE MAL TRABAJO. No lo recomiendo

El tiempo de atención es pésimo. Te ponen las citas a determinada hora y tienes que esperar por horas para que te atiendan. No recomiendo esta clínica.
