Excelente atención, de todo su personal, yo estoy en Leon desde el 2011, no me arrepiento, de haber tomado esa decision, mis doctores, son como buenos amigos, me escuchan y me orientan en todo lo que yo necesito, en fin estoy contenta en la clínica Leon.

Lack of communication between Dr.& assistant Personnel doesn't want to listen to the patient to just interrupt and talk over them,forcefully and sometimes raising their voices or verbally mistreating them Even out and out lying to us. Nurses spend minimal time actually performing their job. They immediately want to sit down and text to friends and family in Cuba, Hialeah, wherever. That's not what they are getting paid to do Average time spent on the patient and in the home is 10-15 minutes max.if they have to wait for anything they get bent out of shape.(irate)mind you I'm pretty sure they bill by the hour. Your system is broken and needs to be fixed. ,and that's coming from a guy (me) that doesn't believe in fixing something that's not broken. I do have other rather specific complaints that I will address formally on paper. Lawyers are going to have a field day and I am sure Telemundo 51 and the combined investigative teams of channels4,6,7,and 10 will be interested in informing the public. Don't say I didn't complain or inform anyone of the incompetence,lack of professionalism and fraud going on at LMC. Anselmo G.Cosio

Muy buen servicio en todas sus áreas, trabajadores, doctores, enfermeras y todo su personal son muy eficientes y amables, preocupándose por sus pacientes para brindarles un magnífico servicio, estamos muy contentos de enrolarnos en esta clínica por lo que la recomiendo a todas las personas mayores Gracias por la atención que nos brindan

Excelente atención, no hay dudas que poner la salud de mi abuela en mano de León Medical Centers fue nuestra mejor elección.

My mom has been there since December 2018, they have good attention but medication is a problem, mi mama has a really bad problem on her lower back, osteoporosis and until today they don’t want to prescribe a pain medication the first Dr Arnejo told me that the cream Vomtaren genérica y lis parchos son muy caros y que hay que guardar para las generaciones que vienen, la cambie de Dr y lo mismo dicen que Leon no cubre esos medicamentos, entonces que la gente aguante dolor 😖 mi mamá es una persona de 97 años increíble que para dolor de huesos receten Tylenol genérico que fue lo que le mando la Dr Arnejo y crema de mentol, estoy buscando para mudarla de sitio lo antes posible, UPDATE I took my mom on August 9, 2021, she couldn’t walk, swallow talk, when I got in to the LEON ER a medical assistant came in to see her, I ask for a Dr because I believe at the moment she needed a physician, Dr Pardo came in with an attitude, he just look at her, sent to do labs, and we keep waiting for almost 3 hours, after that he came in and said, I know what she has, she has an. UTI, and send her antibiotics, I told him how can I give her that since she could not swallow, well she doesn’t qualify for ROCEPHIN, and she discharged her, I brought my mom to my house try to give her the pills she couldn’t swallow, I place her in my car and took her to the hospital, she was having a CVA, was admitted 20 days later she passed away, I tried to give a complain about what happened to my mom, the lady there keep sending me a form that my mom has to sign, how she can sign when was death, today I’m placing this complain here because has been hard for me, I wouldn’t like for any body to go through what I went through list my mom has been the hardest thing that happened to me in my entire life, for this people LEON the elderly means money just money, they don’t care about them, they are just money for this clinic, I’ m still confused about my mom loss, I hope not one had to go through what I went through, it is my mayor reason to post this update SHW WAS MISDIAGNOSED WITH UTI WHEN SHE WAS HAVING A CVA IN EVOLUTION
