Dr. Torres is amazing, nice, honest, and technically excellent. He found and fixed a very critical cleft in my daughter's throat--during covid, over a televisit, after four talented ENTs did not know how to solve the problem, Dr. Torres listened carefully and knew exactly what to do. Incredible. I do not like his office's management team at all, and have raised a number of complaints about the failed communications practices, but I have continued to bring my daughter to see him up to this point because he is gifted as an ENT. In fact, he is so good that I am re-adding my review in his support, even as I transition my daughter from his care because I am concerned that the level of ongoing care that we need is not a fit for his hospital system and office staff. I wish him the best, and hope he will continue to see my daughter in crisis moments.

Dr. Torres is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen and is very patient. His staff is also very nice. He is very good with children and always goes above and beyond. I am so happy I found him, and am very happy for the way he has treated My daughter.

My son was born with head/neck tumor, after being at another hospital for 2 weeks we were transferred to Holtz Children Hospital to be under the surgical care of Dr. Torres and Dr. Weed. I can not begin to describe the exceptional treatment my son received from Dr. Torres. He was extremely hands on and on point with the care of our newborn. I thank God everyday for his team of doctors. I thank God for Dr. Torres, he treated our son as his own and now we get to enjoy him everyday, he saved his life!
