Good Doctor, a shame that it is almost impossible to see him unless you are healthy and able to wait more than 2 months for an appointment. Once you have seen him once a telehealth appointment is the most you can aspires to. I really like you Dr. Carrodeguas but Baptist System makes it impossible to see you.

Dr. Carrodeguas has been my primary doctor for about 2 years now. He’s very kind, and very thorough. He’s also really funny and always puts a smile on my face even when I’m feeling my worst. He’s compassionate, and takes his time with his patients. And he’s of course an excellent physician and gifted in his field. I love him and trust him completely.

If I could I would not even give a star!! Not only do they not return your calls, but my husbands blood work came out high on three areas which they did not pay attention to and when I requested copies of records and received, the high areas of blood needed indeed immediate attention. Thank God I obtained records and changed office.. our health was on the line with this office.

He treated my mother in law and he was great about explaining many issues about her condition and made great recommendations including referring her to a specialist to take care of them. He is very friendly, patient and well prepared to explain all your questions!!!

The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I left my house an hour early I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes late due to traffic. The Doctor wouldn't see me. The office staff scolded us the registration process was lengthy and that there was a strict policy on appointment time but no one told me this prior to the appointment. The doctor came out and said this was a Baptist policy. You could see the frustration in the doctors face. You can't trust him. No help or willingness to help
