The recovery from my mommy makeover was far more painful than described. The prescribed pain medication was insufficient, and when I called for help, the staff was dismissive. I felt completely unprepared and unsupported during the worst of it.

They stole $6,800 from me and when I searched them under Better Business was Bureau I learned I wasn’t the only one.

I booked my surgery in October for December. The doctor canceled on me days before my appointment. I tried to get another day and he was unable that day. Also, I stay in Louisiana so I cannot just make a trip back-and-forth with no problem. I then proceeded to ask for My Money Back. They informed me that they do refunds, but since it was the doctors fault, they will give it to me, but it will take six weeks. I waited six weeks and I’m waiting eight weeks now it’s been two months and a week and I still haven’t received my refund. They are blocking me from social media And no one is returning my call $5000 is not petty change. I will continue to make post and request for my money. It was not money. I was able to pull off a tree. I had to work hard foot. This experience taught me a lot. I would never send my money to someone else again without seeing them in person and I can just reach out and touch them.

Wow! What a terrible experience so far. Two telehealth appointments, two which no one even bothered to show up for. When I finally got someone to show up, they said it was because they had a restart their computer which took 30 minutes. I finally went through the consultation and I was asked to send my insurance card and photos and they would call me back the same day. Sent everything and never heard from them again. I’m glad the red flags are coming early, before I even get a chance to step foot in the place. Good luck to anyone trying to get a consult here.

Managers and are not helpful or sympathetic. They overcharged my insurance and refused a refund. They rushed and bullied me into the payment process. DON'T GO HERE.. They're frauds.

Made an appt with them. No one showed up to the virtual consultation. Took off work an hour early for the reschedule. No one showed up again. Wasted hours of my life after they kept saying they will show up when I called their customer support. Was promised a call back, that never happened either. Horrible customer service!!! Guess you don’t want any new patients and don’t value their time.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! THEY ARE THE WORSE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BODY!

They don't answer the phone ! Still waiting for my procedure that has been postponed because of the hurricane

I had a tummy tuck back in 2015 and was very happy with the results . I want back to get my eyes done again it was great . The third time I went back as trusted doctors to get a Lipo 360 I was rushed through the whole procedure of scheduling and billing . I went through the The whole process of getting medically check out. I unfortunately was not medically cleared because I had health issues . This was one of my concerns when I booked the surgery and was told it would not be an issue to get a refund , if I was medically NOT cleared , which I was not This was back In September 16 , 2021 to this date December 29 , 2021 I have not received my refund . I keep getting the runaround by the person. Who process my paperwork and the finance department . They tell me they are delayed in refunds ? And they won't give me a date for my refund or Give me my refund . I have spoken to the finance department with no resolution. They keep telling me they will call me back , they don't and are not clear if and when I will get my money back . Too bad such great doctors have very incompetent workers which make the whole practice look bad . Dr Jones if your reading your reviews you should check with your offices and make sure they are all trained and doing what they are supposed to do to keep your clients . Would recommend the practice if your are 100 % sure your able to do the procedure and will get medically clear . If not just stay away because they don't like to give refunds. I guess I am at my wits ends after 3 months of calling and texting the office to get my money back .
