While Dr. Watch is sweet and very knowledgeable, the staff and surgical coordinator have been difficult to deal with. I have needed a procedure done since Jan of 2020 and was told I would be contacted once they were ready to schedule me. Then Covid happened and they postponed scheduling until the end of 2020 which is the time I have been trying get in contact with someone to get my procedure scheduled. Only to find out after speaking with the office manager in April of 2021 that the paperwork they need to send for authorization to my insurance has not even been sent!!! She then stated the surgical coordinator would call me this week and again - no phone call. Since when did it become acceptable for a patient to chase the doctor to get something they need done? It’s very upsetting and I wish someone would just call me to get my process going and help me.

Doctor Watch in my opinion is one of the the kindest people I’ve ran across in my personal and professional life in quite awhile. Not only did she see me without a appointment but it was her busiest day of the week. While I was being seen she had a emergency call and never became flustered, annoyed or stressed, I was impressed. I would recommend this doctor in a minute. I wish her much success with her practice as well as all her endeavors. Good luck Doctor. I did a Sclero Therapy with Dr. Watch to remove some spider veins on my legs and the liquid she used didn’t do anything on me, I still have all of the spider veins on my leg which are very uncomfortable. Apparently she injected saline water instead. Very upset!

Dr. Watch was excellent, attentive when my mother had her appt. The office staff, on the other hand needs A LOT of improvement. They have been poor when it comes to any kind of communication or properly getting her CT approved and scheduled
