I left messages for many times and expected to receive the phone call from them. They “never” call back, why did they say that we will call back “asap” but they didn’t? The service is ridiculous😤😡. Bad, terrible and unacceptable service!!! Update: After calling again and again, I finally got someone to answer the phone. Since I told the woman who answer the call the reason why I made this phone call, she kept asking me to call my insurance company to get referral. I told her I already have my primary doctor’s referral. She said “how does your doctor know when will you have an appointment and where?” I said “I don’t get it. Why I can’t make an appointment since I have primary doctor’s referral? She said “Wait for a minute” and put me on hold. I waited for more than 10 minutes and no one came back to answer my call. I decided to call the office again. Every body got off work, just as expected!!! So rude! Why does my doctor need to know where and when I see an Endocrinologist? Doctor offering me this referral means I need seeing a specialist. My insurance company told me that I don’t need to have referral when the doctor is in my the network. You work in the doctor office, so it’s your job to know which insurance company working with you not me. Can the office stop hiring “lazy” employee to cause inconvenience and confusion for the patients.

Cannot believe that after 1 year they asked me to pay them $10 due to their error of money collection. What kind of business is this? Greedy. Additionally they have gone against data protection laws in how they ask customers to provide sensitive data of credit card via email unencrypted. And then they expect the customer to go through the effort of sending a cheque even after their error? Unacceptable. Would not return. Do not recommend.

Dr. Lila is very caring and attentive. She makes sure she has covered all areas of concern.

Yo soy paciente hace más de un año del doctor hoy no me quisieron atender por que dijeron que yo debía 135 dollares llamo a mi seguro y supuestamente al parecer es un error y me dijeron que me llamaban pero l front desks dice que no me podía atender por que debía esa cantidad le explicó que el seguro dice que tiene que revisar y ella está viendo que yo estoy llamando me dejo ahí hasta la 10:15 para decirme que no me podía atender por que había que pagar esa cantidad cuando mi seguro ya había pagado más que lo que ellos querían cobrar y dice que es política de la compañía esto es solo para que me hicieran el relleno de las medicina siendo yo diabética y son las mismas medicina y diciéndole que me voy de viaje que las necesito , pues no me quisieron atender pero si pagan y era un error ellos me de I el en el dinero pero no puede ser de otra manera pues ahora me cambio de doctor y ya los doctores quieren nada más cobrar a los seguro

It’s so difficult to have these people call you back I did some test labs and have been calling/leaving voicemails for the past year. It’s unacceptable either they need to hire more people to answer the call and set up appointments. It’s absolutely terrible service when it comes to setting up appointment feels like pulling teeth. The doctors are okay it’s just the overall service they never answer and I am constantly leaving a voicemail I just want to go Over my test results it shouldn’t be so difficult

I was see by Dr Lisa Chertman today. She explains very explicitly all the steps to fallow up my proto recuperation regarding by health conditions.

Dr. Marcos Chertman is an amazing doctor. My mom has been seeing him for years for her thyroid condition. Hes gentle yet straightforward and Knowledgeable. Definitely wish there were more providers like him who genuinely cared about their patients. Not just the money. My mom is usually very uncomfortable with doctors but hes the exception! I just really appreciate all that he does. And also a special thank you to Gladys at the front desk. Always was a pleasure talking to her.

Dr Lila was very sweet and Dr Marco very professional but his office staff is heartless I am unemployed and pending disability and their office said they wouldn’t send my records to Social Security unless I pay them 😪 this is heartless and I would think illegal I hope I can get resolution on this going through enough pain and stress
