Dr. Guzman is a warm, bright and caring physician. She is extremely knowledgeable. very thorough with each and every symptom I describe. Her communication and care are terrific. She explains things in an understandable way and follows up with you. She ALWAYS answers my questions quickly through the UM patient portal. It's so rare to find a physician with brilliance and great bedside manor - She’s just wonderful. K. Finke

While Dr. Guzman is a good doctor, the staff at UM Family Medicine is hit and miss. The receptionist was amazing while the secretary tasked with sending my medical records to an outside doctor was HORRIBLE.

I've been a patient of Dr. Guzman for several years. I find her to be exceedingly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely interested in her patients. The employees at UM also are friendly, and professional. There is no waste of time whatsoever. Specially since they've begun the new "concierge" service and patients are greeted at the elevator doors and ushered to where they need to go. No getting lost anymore!
