El personal de la oficina de esta Doctora es pesimo, horrible. No puede existir algo peor que esto. Tienen telefono por gusto ni contestan las llamadas ni devulven los mensajes. Por dios cambien de profesion esta tratando con pacientes. No le recomiendo a nadie tratar con esta oficina. El trato de la doctora es bueno pero si sigue con estas empleadas no mantendra ningun paciente.

We took our daughter to see Dr. Felipez. After a good initial consultation we had a plan outlined and were sent for bloodwork that day and a virtual follow up meeting was set. The virtual call was delayed by the Dr. and when it finally happened we were told we needed to redo bloodwork as they did not test for everything needed. After the 2nd round of bloodwork, we never had a follow up from the Doctor. 8+ calls to the office, and Dr Felipez never returned the call. Poor to non-existent follow up, no communication and we now need to seek another GI as we have no result, diagnosis or plan to help treat her issues. A very disappointing experience.

My two kids have been under the care of Dr. Felipez for the past 3 years due to Crohn’s disease. She is by far the best pediatric gastro I have met! She is extremely thorough, patient, emphatic, always available for questions, and spot on with her diagnoses. My kids love her and feel very comfortable talking with her. She truly is one of a kind!

Dr Felipez has taken care of our Daugther Isa since the beginning of her Crohn’s disease in 2009- Dr Felipez has been always wonderful - kind and always answered our 1,000 questions and concerns - she is the best - really the best GI pediatric doctor ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Felipez is the best doctor ever!!! She is so passionate about what she does and it is truly reflected in her care. To have her treat me so kindly and empathetically means the absolute world to me.

Dr. Lina Felipez is an outstanding GI and wonderful person. She has guided us and my son Sebastian (diagnosed with Crohn’s at age 11) for many years now. She’s not only an expert on medication but also lifestyle and diet and looks at each case holistically. Under her care Seb has been able to grow and his Crohn’s is under control. We were referred to Dr. Felipez by my daughter's pediatrician last year during the time the Corona pandemic started. Her insistence on additional diagnostic procedures was spot on. That's when my daughter started receiving the treatment and feeling better. for the last year+ Dr. Felipez was always there for us. She is caring, empathetic and very knowledgeable. She and her team at the Nicklaus children hospital, deserve all the compliments for their dedication, care and most of all professionalism. Thank you very much!

Dr Felipez and the office staff are absolutely the best in town !!! She literally save my sons life.Extremely passionate, her professionalism and knowledge is beyond all words , we are so grateful to have Dr Felipez as our son Doctor , she has became like a family to us ,and we will be forever grateful 🙏🙏 I recommend her and the rest of the Drs from her team and the office staff to all families in need of an excellent care and knowledgeable Gastroenterologist service .
