Very rude & uninterested in his patients. He's totally disconnected from the his files. Calls you (appointment) with absolutely no clue as to what is going on with you or your family members file. He's extremely & deliberately short and may I say again rude! He will laugh at you and at your questions and will treat you as if you were a total imbasil to say the very least. We were assigned to him by Leon Medical Center and we had to leave Leon precisely because of our concern that my father would be treated by such disconnected & clueless doctor when it came to my father's specific case. Dr. Noy, to me and family, is not just an example of what a Doctor should not be but a danger to all those who he treates especially cancer patients at Leon Medical Center.
