Very unprofessional her and her whole staff. To start off they don’t know how to schedule anything. She is the worst person to ever talk to, she cares more about giving medication than listening to your actual problems. If you want your insurance and you to keep wasting money with no solutions then keep visiting her cause she will not help! Oh on that note she only does telehealth which means she works when she wants to via zoom, video recording. So if you have a personal life I suggest you make it around her schedule because she and her team will reschedule your appointment whenever they feel like it!

She was very unprofessional, unreceptive, offensive, and condescending. This is complete opposite of what I want in a health care provider. I begged to be swapped to another Dr. as I was uncomfortable and the male receptionist refused. It’s unfortunate that I’ve been going to that location for years and I’m being forced to see her. Perhaps it is due to her lack in clientele. Either way no patient should be subjected to this kind of mistreatment. I’ll go elsewhere where they’re compassionate.
