Be careful this company reports all the transactions with money orders to IRS, and you have to fill a form. No matter the amount, sometimes, they ask you for I.D. If you a buy a 12 month period money orders and is more than 10,000 dollars during a complete year, you will report it. IRS form 8300 cash payments received over 10,000 dollars a year. They said free money orders and they get you into problems for free, and you are innocent. Buy in other places they don't ask for nothing...
I do not understand how this place is in business. They are completely incompetent and inefficient. My first ever visit, took 25 minutes to schedule over the phone and was weeks out. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. Then I finally went back to a room where I waited for the doctor for over an hour and a half. I felt so horrible I fell asleep during this time so I didn't realize it until I woke up to the doctor coming in. The entire process took almost four hours. The patient services people do not know anything, especially when it comes to what kind of appointments are needed for different issues (ie virtual or in person). On a separate occasion, I needed a referral to continue seeing the same doctor I've seen for 8 years. They said I needed a visit and scheduled me a virtual. At the virtual appointment the doctor said I needed an in person appointment, which ultimately was just as pointless. These appointments are not scheduled quickly so weeks went inbetween everything. The doctor at this visit also tried to tell me that she could manage my care for what I was seeking the referral for and the thought of that was terrifying. They had no idea what I had been through and how long it had taken to get to this point. Plus why would I feel confident when no one here can even seem to get something right as simple as my first name? They keep calling me by my middle.A separate time I specifically requested an X-ray and they made an appointment with a doctor that could not do one there so I had to go somewhere else. At this same appointment the nurse asked "do you think the pain is bad enough that you'll need an injection?" I said "I believe that depends on what's wrong with it first." She replied with "oh so you'd like to be evaluated first?" Yes of course!!! Then they couldn't do the X-ray and so I left to go somewhere else for it. Then I had to follow up and ask them to ask the doctor what's next when the X-ray revealed no issues. They got back to me and said an MRI or physical therapy. I opted for the MRI because there's no indication of what's wrong and physical therapy could make the issue worse. I'm literally dictating my own treatment. These experiences have spanned over two years and different locations. Additionally faults are that you can never get a doctor on the phone and appointments are not available immediately. Most are four plus weeks out. I am so glad come January 1 I will have new coverage and will no longer have to deal with them.
Tengo que agradecer a la persona que me ha hecho el EKG creo que su nombre es claudia becerra un persona súper profesional y atenta . Gracias Sanitas por tener personas así
Incompetency at its best !!!Lies, lost specimens, the run around. They do not want to give you any of your lab results. No doctors, only APRN's. No one speaks English.
Excelente atención. "
Always walked in for my appointments and was able to see my doctor. (Wilbert Rodriguez) Recently I had inconclusive mammogram and had to go back for further testing. When I rescheduled my appointment to go over results I was told my doctor Wilbert Rodriguez had no available appointments anymore and was sent to another office and put with a nurse practitioner. I made it clear I do not do virtual visits. The day before my appointment , They sent me an email saying I was scheduled for a computer visit. I already waited a month for this appointment and needed to address some other health issues I am having. They said I cannot go to the office and would not see me and must reschedule with appointments at least a month out. I am outraged at how insensitive these people are. I will be looking for another doctor.
Really bad experience. Worst medical center ever!!! Called to make an appointment and horrible service and no appointments for over two months. When I called to book an appointment it was like the woman had no idea of any of there locations and didn't understand me. I changed my PCP immediately after the call and got an appointment scheduled a few days later. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Let's just say I really like coming here the service here is great everyone is really welcoming and caring, love it
Horrible. Do not go there. They don't know what they are doing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
