I had a great experience at Dr. Casuso's office. She and all the staff were very professional and pleasant.

Pros: location No issues with the doctor. Although other reviews say she’s short with her patients, I can see that being true. Cons: Wait times are unbearable. If you’re calling in to make an appointment or speak to someone specific in the office be prepared to wait anywhere from 20-40 minutes. Many times I’ve been on hold that long only to be hung up on and have to call back again. Appointment wait times are always a minimum of 3 hours and as long as 4-5 hours most times. Front desk girls (not at all but MOST) lack basic customer service skills. Unfortunately for being a Baptist Hospital facility they sure don’t treat their patients as such.

Arrogant and cold. She would not answer my questions but was telling me I needed medication. Took the chart to several doctors and they were not in favor of medication. Will never return to her office.

No puedo valorar si es una buena oftalmologa pero independientemente de su nivel científico , no parece que le simpaticen mucho los pacientes y no le gusta que le hagan preguntas y sus cortas respuestas dejan ver como si el paciente estuviera preguntando tonterias Qiizas para ella son preguntas tontas pero se trata de pacientes que no tienen conocimientos como los tiene ella Te hacen esperar más de 2 horas después de tu cita para un láser Creo la organización de la oficina es pésima Parece que su carácter se lo trasmite a sus asistentes excepto una pequeñita que es muy amable y sonríe todo el tiempo La señora del front desk de los láser es un robot solo mira la computadora y no es capaz de ofrecerle una silla extra a un señor de la tercera edad que tuvo que esperar de pie sin que ella se inmutara No mira a los pacientes solo a la computadora

Pésima médico, le falta empatía con el paciente; acompañe a mi hermana que tenía control, ni siquiera saluda al paciente. Tiene el ego por arriba de su conocimiento porque evade las preguntas que se le hacen
