It is painful to come to be treated here, there is no human being more cruel, insensitive, despicable than the one who claims to be called Dr. Fernanda Bellodi, this woman is not worthy of working with the health of children, she does not care, there is no commitment to her doctor's diploma. Do not waste your time, there are doctors with more humanity than. And what hurts the most is that this woman has the coldness of closing the doors to a child, I don't know how she can sleep in peace knowing that I let a child return home with injuries to the face, how she is a doctor knowing that in her hands is the diagnosis and treatment for this 5-year-old child and still does not make the slightest effort to see it

I came here because of my daughters skin condition, I was attended fast but was rushed the doctor Fernandez was jn a hurry that she didn't let me speak and she had an attitude whenever I would speak that She would say let me get to that part and she'd close her eyes as if she was trying not to roll them. I don't recommend her as anyones doctor. Literally the worst doctor my daughters ever had. I wanted my mother to be in the room with me so she could help me with some questions I wanted to ask the doctor but she said she couldn't come in due to the rules I was not told that at the entrance bc even the nurse told me to ask her if my mother could come in and the doctor didn't wanna answer. At the end I thanked her and she didn't say you're welcome or whatever waste of time and gas never coming here again.

this place discriminates against people. even with proper documentation provided (it is actually illegal to ask for verification, I was just kind enough to do so) I was turned down due to my existing medical condition. It doesn't add up at all considering they are funded via a Children's Trust grant that can be taken away from them at any second and the fact that they are there to help and serve the children and adolescents, but would rather discriminate others and treat people poorly, rude, and without any respect. I understand now why there are always new people being hired and fired, this place is a mess and poor representation for the Children's Trust whose name is being associated with this place and horrible form of care. The fact that they haven't gone back to work in person even though every other job location has also speaks volumes. They are incredibly lazy and do the bare minimum.

Dr Katstoufis is the best doctor for your child. She is very kind and personable. She made my daughter and I feel comfortable and asked us at each point if we had questions or need additional explanations. My daughter and I highly recommend her and her team.
