List of Manuel Bernard Torres's Reviews
I've been going there for a few years and finally aggravated enough to leave a review. The office consistently messes up paperwork and Dr Torres forgets to add orders for labwork. I was at the lab today and they had no orders from the Dr and the office said he never put one in. This is the 5th time it has happened. It is a waste of my time and they really need to get organized. They should reimburse me for the time I waste chasing down the Dr to get the correct lab orders. As it stands, I have an appointment with him in a few days at which point he will say I need labs done. What's the point of this run around? I will just look for someone more organized.
After reading the mixed reviews on Dr. Torres, I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive and knowledgeable he was. He listened to my concerns, asked a zillion questions, and came up with a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
I have bad experience with Dr. Torres. He does not have compassion for the patient and all he worried about paper work covering himself from the insurance companies.
Dr. Torres is an excellent doctor really explains and take his time with you. Would not trust any other doctor but him.
I was a patient for a few years, and his service has gotten worse with time. He is not there to help you as a patient. Treats you like a child, although you are about his age. His office is a mess for paperwork, and to be honest, is lazy. If he really cared about his patients he would help them when and where they need it and not just do whatever he feels like doing. And refusing to apply for an MRI procedure simply because it's too much paperwork.
Went to Dr. Torres with for 13 year old son basically for his 7th grade vaccines and first time physical.. Was very impressed with the time he took in assessing my sons other needs. He spoke with my son about school, his changing body, and his behavior. He touched upon many things in the appointment and took his time to have a conversation with him as his patient. I appreciated that so much and he made a very good impression on my son. I am so happy that I went.
Worst dr. Ever!! Stay away!
He prescribed a medication that interacts with a med I take, which he prescribed. Thank goodness my pharmacist called it to my attention. The pharmacist tried to get in touch with him for several hours to no avail. I finally had to call his office and beg for a new prescription because I was so ill I couldn't keep waiting.
This Dr. has absolutely no bedside manners, doesn't look at you when you are talking to him, is contantly texting and laughing while he is doing so, which leads me to believe it is personal. He is short with his answers and somewhat rude. I am glad he closed his practice and am presenty going to a new Dr., who is a real professional.
I have never had a problem with this practice or Dr. Torres. When i went for a visit he diagnosed me and gave me an rx for some tests and meds. While I wasnt sure when I left, everything he gave me helped. He is very professional and polite, and friendly. He has never been inappropriate- he is very light hearted and easy going. Guess some people like below dont like that. But I have never had a problem with. I strongly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
