Great first experience by the entire staff especially nurse Andrea and her wonderful team who helped us get up to date on our vaccines and initial blood work.

The worst office management - unprofessional, rude, with no regards for your kid's health issues. They don't answer your emails, messages in the portal and very often they have "technical difficulties" so you won't be able to reach them via the phone, sometimes for days. Needless to say how stressful and frustrating it all can get. It's not surprising they can't keep any staff members for a decent period of time either. The doctor will only see your child for the first time or two then you'll be switched around between nurse-practitioners. You can't even request appointment with the doctor, she won't be available but she will be in the office taking new patients. If your child is in perfect health and doesn't need to be seen by the doctor this might be the right place for you but if your child gets sick and catches viruses like any other child - you won't get a proper care here.

We are very happy with Dr. Marimon and her entire staff. Stellar service, very attentive doctor which actually dedicates time to your visit. Pamela and Andrea the NPs are also amazing

Dr. Marimon is the most amazing pediatrician in town. As a first time mother and healthcare provider I have found her to be one of a kind! She is empathetic, smart and has amazing bedside manner. She educates her patients and family, and really listens to you as a parent. Her office is also beautiful and runs smoother than any office I've ever been in contact with. I feel so lucky to have found her.

Dr. Marimon and her staff are accommodating, personable, timely, and so caring! Dr. Marimon has been our pediatrician since our daughter's birth in 2017. We have always had excellent care, and the office has, time and time again, made room to see, now, both my children with only a few hours notice. I'm writing this review because, like many families, this fall and winter season has been a health nightmare for my 5-year-old daughter and 2-old-son. It has been a non-stop landslide illness such as pneumonia, strep throat, ear infections, RSV, and COVID; you name it. One day, I had an appointment for my daughter and brought my son along because he was also experiencing symptoms. We were seen by the nurse practitioner Andrea. After the examination and tests, she told me that my son had RSV and my daughter had strep throat! Then my daughter proceeded to throw up. I felt overwhelmed, but Andrea was reassuring, professional, and caring. She and the staff helped clean it up and made a makeshift skirt out of a hospital gown for my daughter. She created a follow-up plan for seeing both of them throughout the week and helped me tackle the illnesses day by day. I also really appreciate the calendars with medication dosages they give me at each visit. I'm just so grateful to them and their staff for answering my many calls. They always call me back by the end of the day to answer my questions, send prescriptions, or follow up on their symptoms. Thank you, Dr. Marimon's office; you have all been a beacon in this incredibly delicate and challenging chapter of parenting.

Dr. Marimon and all her staff are amazing. You feel right at home from the time you walk in; and get greeted in the front to the point you see her and her wonderful Nurse practitioners, Pamela or Andrea. I highly recommend her practice and will keep going for all of our son’s needs.

My wife, if she is a client, spent 14 hours waiting for an echogram to be done, of course I can freely give my opinion, she is in the 5th amendment.

I’ve been going here since my child was born (2years ago). We feel so luckily we found her. They are great responding to emails and calls when you have a question. The staff is very friendly.

If you want to wait for hours for your children to be seen, this place is great for you. Receptionists are marionettes told to smile and stick to the script. Management is awful. They are unable to respect people's time. Do yourself a favor and find other another office. This one is not worth your time.
