Good afternoon, Attn: Director- Clinical care medical center This is regarding a matter an in employee by the name of Ms. Ivette Zuliani. Her email: ivette.zuliani@clinicalcaremc.com She reached out to me on Tuesday March 22, 2022. regarding the patient coordinator position I applied for on Monday, March 21, 2022. Ms. Zuliani stated to me that she will be interviewing in real cool between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I've been in return email to her back and stated I would like to select 10: 30 am . On Wednesday March 23rd, I did not hear from her at all. Then on Thursday March 24th, she sent me an email to confirm my appointment for Friday. She stated for me to press the accept button to confirm. I didn't she asked I tried my best in some reason it was not going through on my end. I've been emailed her and stated to her that for some reason when I tried to press this except button to confirm it would not go through. And I asked her where in Brooklyn are we meeting for the interview so I can can I have the address. She been text me it does not matter press the accept button. I've been emailed her again and stated I am trying to but on my end I'm having an issue. She seemed to be upset with me because she refused to respond to me after that. I emailed her again asking for her assistance and asking for the address so I can be there at 10:30 a.m. on time and that I'm having issue pressing the button. Absolutely unequivocally no response so I just could not believe that an employer is becoming upset and irate and frustrated because I'm asking you for assistance and I'm stating to you I'm having problems on my end trying to press the button except to in order to confirm my interview appointment on Friday in Brickell. I just thought it was unprofessional, I thought it was unkind, I thought it was discourteous she did not exude courtesy towards me New edition show compassion. Yes I was kind and considerate and courteous to her. So I was not able to keep my 10:30 a.m. interview in Brooklyn because Ms. Zuliani refuse to engage in professionalism and courteous. behavior. Here is a letter that I wrote in response to how Ms Zuliani treated me unfairly.. although I was looking forward to having an interview for the position. I feel now that I'm glad that God showed me the types of person or staff member that work at this facility and maybe it was a good thing that I never applied for the job because this is type of environment I will have to deal with unprofessional and heartless and people who are not courteous . Let us learn how to treat people and be kind and considerate and helpful when people need help. Be kind. Thank you, have a great day. Letter to Ms. Zuliani Human kindness, being courteous and respectful to others does not take much effort. It is innate . It is from the heart and the soul . It does not require a lot of experience or nor a degree. I say that to say this all. All I did was expressed to Ms. Ivette Zulilani that I was having issues on my end with pressing confirming or accepting to the invitation to interview. I just think that it was out of character for Ms Ivette Zulilani to become upset and frustrated for no apparent reason. All I did is express to her that I was having issue on my end for some apparent reason and I asked her to email me the address of the interview site in Brickell where the interview would take place. So she became angry regarding that. So you know what all this is saying to me and it is God's way of saying this is not the place for me and apparently Ms I v e t t e, is staff I would not like to work with and interact with when she can become that frustrated and upset like a child throwing a temper tantrum. Maybe Ms. Ivette was becoming upset because it is a hidden agenda or scam how do I know? What is really behind you becoming that upset and frustrated over a simple issue. Humankindness does not take much effort we all deserve to be

Dr. Roa is honestly one of the most incompetent and rudest person i hve ever met in my life. I waited 3hrs and 20minutes and i had an appointment then when i went in she was like ok so hurry up i was like what!!! I couldn't believe it! She told me if i wanted to ask her more questions i would have to come back another time cause she was hungry and wanted to go eat lunch! After waiting for over 3 hrs i couldn't believe her response. She doesn't speak any english and she has no patient dr relationship knowledge she started preaching about god instead of answering my health questions. A waist of time and money!
