Horrible attendant . She erroneously sent my mother back home while lying about her follow up to the insurance company. It took hours to undue her mistake. Then when calling her multiple times during the week there was no way to get ahold of her. There is a reason why she uses the hospital operators as her direct number. BEWARE!!!!

I would like to get a note of thanks to Dr Epstein For talking with me On the evening of June third Sunday into the morning of June fourth Monday in the emergency room at Baptist hospital, you nicely put my fears to rest wether I was making the proper decision to have my wife of 52 years placed on comfort measures only and I thank you for easing my pain with your kind and reassuring words and calm manner, which I desperately needed at the time, again thank you so much.
