there was a nurse practitioner named Maria Ortega but unfortunately she left kendall medical center. The staff remains the same. They are truly swetthearts, but there is a Doctor named angela that is a Royal B.... This lady is really rude with patients and not willing to help anybody. I think she has personal problems but she shouldnt take them to the office!!!. This is the worse doctor I ever had and I am seriously thinking about reporting her to the florida bar of medicine. I wont hesitate for half of second to report her. In spanish I will say she is a perra!!!!!!!!!!

High doctor turnover. Many of the great doctors they had in the past have left. Current doctors, Dr. Suarez to be more specific, has no interest in helping patients. He is rude as dismissive and has difficulty with reading medical history in their new system. After seen by him once I request to change, but results were not that much different. My last visit was with a nurse practitioner that was very rude when I ask for a comparison between the new medicine she prescribe me vs what I've taken previously for the same illness.

I have been a patient for over 6 years. The entire staff Maria, Maribel and Maria Ortega are true professionals. The wait time is minimal compared to other facilities in Miami.

Hurried, uncaring. Orders tests without explaining why. Staff cattle-herds patients, waiting room is always full as they intentionally make money on volume.
