List of Mercedes Gonzalez's Reviews
We’ve been coming to see Dr Gonzalez for a few years and she’s an unbelievable Doctor. She cares about her patients and is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr Gonzalez was great. She took the time to listen to our problem and examine my kid. The office staff was very pleasant as well.
I didn’t wait at all. Clean environment and her staff were very attentive to all my needs
Dr Gonzalez and her staff were great so helpful and knowledgeable. From the phone to the office my experience couldn’t be better! I would recommend Dr Gonzalez she is the best!
This doctor only cares about generating money and could not care less than her staff (Monica mato) makes wrong clinical decisions and hurts children. It is nothing more than a factory that couldn't care less about care so long as the kids are marched in and out. She has makes promises about follow up care and then is suddenly not "available." Stay as far away from Mercedes Gonsalez as possible.
My niece who had severe acne made the horrible mistake of going to the doctor. She couldn’t not care less about the kids and simply is there to bill as much as possible to the parents/insurance company. She relies upon a nurse who has no idea what she is doing and my niece ended up with a horrible fungal infection because they kept throwing antibiotics at her as she got worse and worse. The fungal infection became worse than the acne They have absolutely no clue how to treat acne. Stay away!!!
Took her time and listened to our concerns
Dr. Gonzalez is a complete disgrace to the medicol profession. My family member relied upon her for treatment for her acne and not only does she send all her cases to an untrained nurse (Monica Mato) but generates visit after visit with no care for the children. She does not care anything but to generate more money and refuses to even address the child’s needs. I urge anyone to stay away from this horrible doctor who is selfish’ uncaring and thinks it is ok to send all her patients to Monica who has no idea how to treat serious acne patients .
Office staff isn't polite whatsoever. Long wait time every time. Hour in lobby, hour in office. They don't care about your health. Doctor recommended Accutane a medicine for mild rosacea Had lab work every month my levels when dangerous levels. When I ask to speak to the doctor about my levels she would not even talk to me. She had a medical assistant telling me that my levels were fine. Are you kidding me! They just try to get new expensive medicines to you even if your usual ones work perfectly fine. Just trying to make commission and get paid.
My daughter was born with a port wine stain birth mark on her lip. I was only recommended to see Dr. Gonzalez. All of my friends LOVE her and it's obvious why. She knew exactly what it was on her lip when she saw it, she helped me feel more calm about the process of whether or not to treat it and I trust her COMPLETELY with my baby. The office is so nice and the staff is wonderful, I only have great things to say about this office. Don't hesitate at all to go, She is fantastic!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
