Simply a mess - no coordination , no order …Your told:“Go here , go there , what are you here for ? Oh this is the wrong department , they will be with you soon, has someone helped you yet ? , Did you sign in ?”Yes , I signed in almost an hour ago 🙄Too many people in charge of doing NOTHING!!!As you can see in the pictures bellow I’m the only person in this Department. Can’t even imagine if there were more .
The staff don’t speak English very well they talk more than they work there are many people here at the same place. I came for an Appointment at 9am and left at 2Pm the time management is poor there so hungry for money that the put people on the same time slot I had to wait in at the laboratory room because the other room was full with about 20 during this pandemic when I only came for a check up. don’t recommend go somewhere else
I’m pregnant and After been waiting to be attended since 10am to 2pm the person in front just told me to make an appointment later by the phone. She saw me waiting all that time and she didn’t say anything.
Muy mala atención
The pharmacy is the shining beacon in this place. The pharmacy technician Numane is very professional, courteous and polite.
The reviews I’ve read a consistent with my experience. First, the staff is rude. In the lab they are rude, I had to have blood drawn and I watched as the two women would follow their eyes at patients look at them and not respond professionally. It’s totally packed, parking is horrific and they tried to send me for unnecessary lab work. I’m pretty healthy so I don’t go to the doctor often, Thank God or I would have to change doctors through the insurance.
I had app with Johann Stein, while in the waiting area I saw him opening the door and watching around, once with the nurse, he open the door and check again (ansious??). I told him my concerns and felt he was just trying to care but he was absolutely careless. He's new there. Once I left the room I wait outside waiting for the nurse and heard him on the phone saying in mockery mood 'he doesn't do' disability certificates for my joint condition and he send me to another place'. He never checked my knees to see anything!!First and last visit.
Took my mother to see the eye doctor in the Biscayne location. And I was not disappointed. I was a bit skeptical about the wait. Due to the high traffic. But it was fast. Gabriel ( one of the doctors assistants) was amazing. Kind and friendly and very helpful. The optometrist Dr.pathyl was also amazing. She's was very thorough with everything. 10/10 I recommend. Will be back!
First of all I didn't know this was a Medicaid/low Income Facility. We made an appointment with Dr. Katherine Peicher and she was listed on the internet as if it was a private practice. Boy was I shocked when we arrived to find people lined up all in the hallways and even outside on the side walk. Still the wait wasn't too long and the doctor was very thorough and professional. I am representative for my nephew who has a disability requiring me to act as his representative, answer his questions and fill out his papers. After the Dr visit she referred us to come back for lab work. When we arrived this morning the staff member who checks the temperatures wanted to know why I was with him. When I explained to her that he had disabilities that required me to be there, that are documented on his record. She asked (in front of all the people waiting there), What is his diagnosis, and would not allow me access unless I gave her the diagnosis. I had to violate my nephews privacy just to give this unprofessional bitch his diagnosis, which was absolutely not necessary. i am an RN so I know the protocol. We then proceeded to the lab and was told to take a seat. After sitting there for FORTY minutes, and watching everybody go in before us, my nephew asked if he could ask the lady when we would be seen. She casually stated, Oh, you were supposed to be in the other room. Then why didn't she tell us that in the first place, now we got to go some place else and wait. Thankfully we only had to wait for about fifteen minutes, but there was not even an apology for their chaos and disorganization and unproffessionalism. This is a terrible terrible place regardless of what your income is. There is no room in the medical field for people who are not compassionate, caring and considerate. We will go back one more time, to get the lab results and then NEVER AGAIN!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
