I had a bbl with liposuction 360 as well as thigh and back liposuction. Done by the great Dr. Nassif! This was my round 2(round 1 was done by a different doctor) Dr. Nassif took his time and listened to me and what I wanted he was honest with me unlike my first experience. I also used cell saver. Dr Nassif recommended IV infusion literally hours after surgery which replenished me. This was not recommended with my first surgery. I am very pleased with my results a good amount of my fat survived and I look forward to returning to Dr Nassif in the future for a tummy tuck!! 10/10

After 6 months of having breast augmentation with Dr. Michael Miller Lee I can say that I am totally disappointed with the results, from the preoperative appointment I realized that they aren’t professionals, I went to the preoperative appointment and the doctor didn’t go because he didn’t have any surgery scheduled that day so he made me lose the day, the same day of the surgery, the doctor entered the room where I was to take my measurements and 'advise' me, but in reality he came in a hurry, I told him that I wanted noticeable breasts according to my body with a somewhat natural look, given that he told me that he would put in 400cc of low profile, I was waiting for him to have a model of the silicone that he would put in, but it wasn’t like that, he only told me how much he was going to put in, he never explained to me about the breast projection (high-low) so I accepted his recommendation even though everything was very fast, he didn’t even let me show him a picture of how I wanted my breasts, now that 6 months have passed my breasts have gone down, one looks a little lower than the other, they look separated, when I lie on my back the silicones go towards my armpits, the scar that I have left is more than 10cm, he didn’t even ask me if I wanted the surgery through the oreola, he only does it in the lower part of the breast, now I feel self-conscious because the scar is very noticeable and I don't know how to hide it, I feel bad because I traveled from California, spent a lot of money and the results are not what I expected, I don’t recommend this site or this DR. They have 0 professionalism, I hope to be able to have surgery again in a professional place.

Very disappointed with my experience. I reached out for a evaluation and sent the requested photos on September 11th. After nearly a month with no update, I was still receiving promotional texts, so I decided to follow up today 10/8 Within five minutes of reaching out, the coordinator, Ashley, replied that I was “not a candidate,” but didn’t explain why. The exact message I received stated: “After careful evaluation, the doctor does not deem you a candidate for this procedure at this time. Our priority is always your safety and ensuring the best possible outcomes, and unfortunately we wouldn't be able to provide results that meet those standards. We truly appreciate you considering us and wish you the very best moving forward.” While I understand safety is important, I was given no specific reason for being declined, no explanation, no recommendations, and no follow-up. It feels like my inquiry was forgotten until I reached out myself. If the front office treats inquiring clients this way, I can only imagine how they treat their patients. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I was really nervous about getting surgery, but they made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The staff was kind and answered all my questions. Now that I’ve healed, I’m so happy with my results. it looks even better than I expected.

I had liposuction done at Miami Life Plastic Surgery in Fort Lauderdale with Dr. McAdoo, and while the final results were acceptable, the overall experience was traumatizing and unacceptable from a medical standpoint. The same day I was discharged, I ended up in the hospital for three days due to severe pain, high fever, dehydration, and significant blood loss that required a blood transfusion. There was no after-hours number provided to contact the surgeon or any medical staff in case of emergency — which is shocking for a surgery clinic. When I finally spoke with Dr. McAdoo, the conversation was supposed to be a virtual post-op appointment, but he didn’t even show his face — it was just a voice call. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility or offer any real explanation. He blamed the oxycodone they had prescribed for causing my symptoms — despite the hospital running tests that clearly pointed to more serious issues. When I asked about the clinic’s protocol for blood loss during surgery, Dr. McAdoo refused to give a straight answer and said, “I’m just a third party — my job is to make people look good.” That response was not only irresponsible, but deeply alarming. He also never saw me in person for my post-op care — everything was done remotely, and not even properly. This is completely inappropriate after a serious medical procedure. Looking back, I honestly wish I had gone to Colombia or another country where the doctors are known to provide better care, attention, and follow-up. My sister had the same procedure done in Colombia and experienced zero complications — her care was far more thorough and professional than what I received here in the U.S. Miami Life Plastic Surgery may seem appealing for their pricing, but the lack of accountability, poor post-op care, and overall disregard for patient safety make it a serious risk. I would never recommend this clinic or Dr. McAdoo to anyone. Please do your research and don’t compromise your health to save a few dollars.

First of all, I would like to see that doctor Kaufman Is amazing! His personality, His bedside manner, And his Professionalism. I am very happy with My surgery. Miami Life It’s a completely different story…. Extremely unorganized company, Staff highly untrained to answer any questions… Yes, facility is very clean so that’s why I gave four stars… I would recommend Dr. Kaufman to Any of my friends But unfortunately, not Miami life….

Me realice una Lipo con el doctor Nassif y la verdad al principio tenía un poco de miedo,el día antes de mi cirugía acudí a mi cita con el Dr y desde que instalé mi conversación con él me inspiró mucha confianza y supe que estaba en perfectas manos,al día de mi cirugía llegué muy nerviosa y pues todos me calmaron y estuvieron al tanto de mi,el anestesiólogo fue maravilloso,el fotógrafo entró me pidió permiso para hacerme fotos y yo acepté y pues él también me calmó mis nervios,puedo decir que la verdad superaron mis expectativas y que quede más que satisfecha con mi cirugía,viajé desde Houston y no me arrepiento la verdad,ahora estoy a la espera de mis resultados ya que solo tengo 1 semana de operada pero hasta el momento estoy muy feliz con mis resultados y con mi recuperación,recomiendo al 100000% a mi doctor Nassif,sin especulaciones y sin menospreciar a nadie yo diaria que es el mejor,gracias a todo el equipo de Miami Life por todo

Everything 10/10 from start to finish. The office is very clean and smells good soon as you walk in. Dr Nassif has amazing bedside manner. He really goes above and beyond. He is very thorough when reviewing your chart and explaining what’s about to happen is great detail. I also received a 24hr checkup call to see how I was doing. Overall experience 10/10. I would definitely recommend. I cant wait till im all healed

Miami Life Cosmetic Center is amazing! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My surgery went great, and I’m so happy with my results. The doctor explained everything and the recovery was easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr O is a great surgeon. He knows his work very well, and will give you the best results.
