Dr. Thompson was very helpful and thorough with explaining my condition and his treatments. He has a great sense of humor which makes him very relatable. His staff is just as wonderful! Definitely will be returning!!!

I shouldn't have multiple issues with registration and twice I had issues. The first time, I was supposed to get a call prior to my visit and made sure my insurance registration was in their system but no one called and when I arrived to my appointment I spend over 30 minutes dealing with registration. Today, the front desk could not find my insurance information and was charged the wrong co pay amount, Yes, I was refunded but not on the original payment and their system couldn't do the void. This shouldn't happen again after 2 visits and the past visit I did I saved the receipt via email and show $10 co pay. Why wasn't this updated in their system? Due to this service I no longer find interest in returning back to this business. The treatment was ok but it's limited due to my pregnancy, and i want to seek other business to see if it's the same type of treatment. I am told by my OB that I should do Chiropractor treatment and it is within my plan. I will keep trying with other businesses and I'm thankful for the treatments I did get but cannot deal with the issue with registration.
