MIami Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Miami Urgent Care and Family Practice for a couple of years now. My last visit last month was my first visit since the pandemic started. I was so surprised by how fast and efficient my visit was. I only waited 5 minutes before they took me into my room to see the PA. Everyone at the front desk was so kind. They triple checked that my insurance would cover my pap smear appointment so I wouldn't have to pay anything extra. The nurse and the PA were great listeners and compassionate. I felt welcomed and cared for.

I had an amazing experience with all the staff members everyone made me feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of. It felt as though everyone really cared about my health and well being. Nothing felt rushed or money driven. I highly recommend Dr.Mones and Brittany as your regular physicians or for any service. In the middle of a pandemic, the warriors at Miami Urgent care stand at the front lines and carefully and conscientiously help manage my healthcare issues. Doing the testing and exams, taking samples for analysis, these front line health care providers are saviors. Personalized individual COVID testing without entering their facility, instead of sitting for hours in a line for public testing, is a saving grace. Arasay takes the time to diagnose and prognose with pinpoint accuracy. Dr. Mones’s analysis of complex issues is reassuring, in a field where we rely on others to take care of us.Thank you Dr. Mones and the entire support team at Miami Urgent Care for your efforts in giving me better health.Thank you again.....

Friendly customer service and great variety of Miami Urgent Care. Super helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks for all your help will be returning for any kids furniture we need.

Dr. Mones has been my family physician for over 20 years. He is a caring and exceptionally talented doctor. He also takes his time with his patients to ensure he provides the best possible medical care and positive outcomes. He's always readily available. Especially when you have an urgent medical need.

There are 1 million urgent cares out there. Try to avoid this place, do not waste your time. The office staff has no idea what they are telling patients. I went there trying to get tested for COVID and I was told by the lady in the front that with the insurance I have I can only go to my PCP to get tested, when my PCP is not even doing COVID tests. I have an open access insurance meaning that I can go anywhere I want without referral or authorization needed. After waiting 40 minutes trying to get in contact with my insurance, I showed the front desk lady my insurance benefits online where it says that I am self referred. Another lady from the office told her just call the billing department. Someone from the billing department came to me and explained that the only reason why they cannot see me was because they are not contracted with my insurance. I could have been waiting 5 hours for no reason, wasting my time because the answer was so simple and they could have told me that they were not contracted since the beginning.

The staff did not oppose to take a look at my dad when he was really ill, and during a pandemic. Most places were a bit difficult to schedule an appointment with, but not in this office. For that, I am forever grateful! I could honestly say they saved my dads life. Also, the staff was extremely kind and were concerned about my dads health, to the point that the doctor who saw my dad gave me a call the next day to see how he was doing. She really didn’t have to, but she chose to and that shows a lot. Glad this doctors office has kind people who are truly genuine.

Staff is amazing from beginning to end. Receptionists are very friendly and quick. Doctors and nurses are super nice and extremely informative. Dr. Mones and his staff treat everyone as if they are family and couldn't be happier with every visit I have had there. 5 stars... I would give 10 stars if i could!

Been under Dr. Mones attention for over 40 years, experiencing how much his practice has grown due to the great human service provided. I owe this man my life. Keep it up my friend.
