I recently underwent an Endoscopy procedure with Dr. Bustin. My experience from the beginning has been great. His office staff is very accommodating and caring. The outpatient center at UM Hospital which he uses were very professional as well. He takes his time listening to your concerns and explains very clear what needs to be done. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Dr. Bustin.

I'm holding off a star since I would have liked to speak to him in person after my mom's procedure. However, he did call back very quickly after I called his answering service to explain the procedure, results and followup diet she needs to take. The anesthesia seems to have gone smoothly as she didn't complain of pain and was alert soon after.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mike's for many years now. He takes very good care of his patients. The best thing about him is his wonderful sunny disposition. He always makes you feel comfortable when you are in consultation. He is head and shoulders above the others.

I'm holding off a star since I would have liked to talk to the doctor in person after the procedure my mom had. However, he did call back promptly after my call to his office. The doctor explained what she needs to eat and set up her follow up appointment. As far as the diagnostic procedure, my mom didn't complain of much pain and I didn't see excessive bleeding. His report was also fairly detailed.
