I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and Dr. Donovan and his team got me scheduled for surgery the following week- he wasted no time in getting my treatment started. He is a great doctor with excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Donovan has proven to be one of the most unethical and unprofessional doctors I have ever had the displeasure of being seen by. After Dr. Donovan diagnosed me with bladder cancer, I was made to wait 3 weeks for the scheduled surgery. Dr. Donovan scheduled a surgery for the morning of September 14th and on the 13th, I was told by the hospital that it was not a morning surgery, but an afternoon surgery and that I should call the doctor’s office directly to address the scheduling issue. After doing so, I had a slight misunderstanding with the receptionist. Following this call, Dr. Donovan called me and CANCELLED the surgery. I have been seeing Dr. Donovan for several years and have even had other procedures performed by him. To cancel a necessary surgery the day before with no referral to another doctor over a misunderstanding with the receptionist is nothing short of morally reprehensible and lacks all professional integrity. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a Urologist
