Duchowny and dr naqvi did brain surgery on my daughter, it was horrible made her worse than before,distroyed her confidence posture self esteem altered her physical appearance and personality, then said she didn’t need therapy.I REPEAT DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INSIDE YOUR CHILDRENS MIND, worse life mistake ever, the drs knows there are natural alternatives to cure whatever the issue is , they want to use our kids as Guinea pigs for a trophy on there names money and Greed. This is a spiritual war they will be punished, as an example dr razvi naqvi died of a brain aneurysm after surgery on my daughter knowing there were other alternatives. And Duchowny the whole crew knows this , y wouldn’t he get surgery.look look into natural healing with patience surely it shall come to pass , that our kids are ok , im doing this to save some eles child from this mistake. I hate these dr. But we had to be the testimony to show others . I posted a review before and they took it down May this message find people in time ,God bless

Horrible Doctors office. The staff are disrespectful and rude. They have no consideration to people in general. I've never called an office and felt so disgusted by staff.

My son is 3 and a half years old and was diagnosed at 19 months with autism F84.0 by Dr. Migvis Monduy from the same department of neurology of the Miami Children Hospital where said doctor works. For reasons that I still do not know during the Coronavirus quarantine my Son had a video call consultation and it could not be with the Monduy doctor and it was with Dr. Michael Duchowny, who did not see my son, only the pope, the child's father asked for the referrals since they expire in June and the child receives OT, SP, and Behavior. To the father of the child, he said looking into his eyes through the telemedicine call that he was going to send them to him and when we saw that the months passed and did not arrive, we called the office on June 11 and 12 because my therapies son can stop if the insurance does not receive new referrals every year and that's when we were surprised by the news that he will not. Who is this gentleman to suspend the treatment of my son. Because this man wants my son to regress if he is extremely aggressive and does not speak, how can a psychologist perhaps be recommended by treating behavior when children refer to ABA treatments. This neurologist knows what Behavior therapy is. And if you do not know him because he stops the treatment since 2018 by Migvis Monduy. With that professional ethic and towards a patient who did not even see it on camera, he is capable of doing harm. My son has tamtrums, Stereotype Behavior, SIB, Physical aggression, isolation, sufficient reasons why behavioral therapies have evaluated and indicated it. As a psychologist I could help my 3 year old son who does not speak or understand what is being said to him. A psychologist studies and treats a child's feelings, not his behavior, for that there are also specialists. I would like not to give a star but I cannot. your son in the hands of someone who has a license to care for children but has neither the knowledge nor the heart for such work. It is a pity that this well-known Hospital has it in a department, because for me it does not have a drop of Professional ethics. We will address the Board of Neurology as a next step, to its refusal to refer my son Autistic to his therapies.

My experience was wonderful untill the 2nd time dr.duchowny asked me to have a 2nd brain surgery on my daughter in whitch the first surgery was no success to help her stop having seizures along with that he has canceled on me several times at the last minute for appointments! Now I received a letter from him stating he’s withdrawing himself from the care of my daughter after this surgery has also added along other issues that my child did not have , then tell me they cannot also give her refills for atleast an additional 3 months untill I find another trust worthy physician! Mind you these kids are not genie pigs that you can experience on and gain a trophy, kids are the future , this surgery took my child self confidence,self esteem and gave her excruciating anxiety! Someone please help me I feel horrible for making that decision to let her have brain surgery and I would recommend him or his office to no one!

I consider him one of the best neurologist when it comes for children. he diagnose my son with Asperger syndrome and help me and my son so much that I own this doctor my son's life and recuperation. now my son is 20 year old and full independent young adult doing great thanks to all the advise dr. duchwny gave us...thank you doctor for you great contribution for children

Tengo a mi hija de 8 años de edad desde los tres años , ella dejo de ser todas las actividades que ella antes asia. Ahora es diagnosticada. Con Davet,parálisis cerebral,epilepsia de dificil manejo,atrofia cerebral, mi hija ya no habla,no camina,ya no mira por favor ayudeme ,estoy desesperada doctor. Mi numero es 504-3148-7972. Honduras.

My daughter had her EEG on a Monday.I was told the results would be back in 2 days at the most.I sent an email trying to get results on Wednesday, they weren't ready Thursday either and I was told to email again the following Wednesday because the doctor was out. An on-call Dr. called and her English wasn't very good and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She did say I need to see the Dr. for medication and someone would call me. It has been 7 weeks what kind of Dr. doesn't follow up?

Most amazing doctor!! Very intelligent and I trust him completely.

I would highly reccomend Dr. Duchowny. He made me feel as if my concerns were valid. He acted as though he really cared about my daughter during her stay in the hospital, answered any questions and did not rush me when meeting with me.
