MIchael Gregorian's Online Review Report Card

This place is a rip off. The office manager which I guess is related to Dr. Gregorian makes rules of her own. I've been taking the same medication for over 15 years. She now wants me to come and see the doctor every six months, now I call for a refill and she says that even though I saw him in September, I now have to see him every two months. Mind you, when I went in to see the doctor, he HIMSELF! Asked my why I needed to see him again, and was confused as to why I would need to see him when I've been on the same med for ever. This lady is a disgrace to Dr. Gregorians reputation and yes, even though it is a private practice and they do need to make revenue, there are ethical principles that they should follow. If they need money that bad, I offered to pay my copay without coming in and she actually thought about it. I've never experienced such a lack of curtesy in any medical office, and Dr. Gregorian and the rest of his staff are very reputable and patient oriented. I feel sorry for whoever steps foot into that office.

I paid $410 for a blood test after being told it was $175. BEWARE if you go to this Doctor.....always ask for the full amount regarding charges/service and insist on a receipt. They will not give one unless you ask, especially if you pay in cash.

After reading reviews for Dr Gregorian, I decided to make an appointment. Big mistake. Parking was a nightmare, the office was old, dirty and dingy. The receptionist (with the eastern european accent?) was lazy and unhelpful. After the interaction with the receptionist, I walked right out and didn't even see the doctor. Don't know if the Dr is good or not, but the staff and the office is horrible. AVOID

I had high cholesterol, and always wanted to prescribe Zocor,but this pill would give me huge headaches. But everytime I wold return, he would still want to prescribe Zocor. I guess because he makes his money mainly from prescribing medicine. He distributes the pills himself, and Zocor happens to be the most expensive cholesterol pill. He has a little pharmacy going on behind the counter.

Pill pusher. He has his own little pharmacy behind the counter, and wants to prescribe you medicine for everything. He once took a look a t me and said, you seem to hiper active right. I am going to prescribe some pills for you to calm down. I was shocked that just by looking at me, he wanted to push his pills. He was also giving me the wrong medicine for my cholesterol. I never received a call when my blood test would come in. My new doctor, is prompt, attentive, and always calls me when my tests arrive.

The guy is a genious. He really cares. He will even give you his cell phone number if you need to talk to him after hours. He never rushes you out. He always is looking at all possible causes for a condition. He appears to have knowledge in all fields of medicine.

The favorable review is totally wrong, this doctor is always late to his appointments and she gave hima 5? The staff isnt rude but downright mean. The doctor is nice but the Staff, Pun

I am simply in love with my doctor.. I am 27 years old; he makes the visit so pleasant. I love that he talks to me and aks what's wrong with me? I called him and he actually talked over the phone with me. Staff is great... Doctor Gregorian is very knowledgeable and I am always extremely happy when I go visit. He's been my doctor for 5 years and he is great!

The staff is extremely rude and not very helpful. I once waited 45 minutes for an emergency visit after going to the ER. You will always wait at least 45 minutes and they only accept cash for copays less than $25. Furthermore the office is very dirty and on more than one occasion there was no soap in the restroom (how does the staff wash their hands?). The doctor is friendly and does talk a lot but is knowledgeable. The only saving grace is the doctor but I left this doctor mostly due to the staff. Really bad.
